Michelle MersonMichelle Merson, Esquire, joined the Law Offices of Guy Fronstin in 2008, focusing exclusively on criminal defense law. Michelle has represented clients on a wide range of cases including battery, shoplifting, probation violation, DUI, DUS and drug possession. Michelle has developed significant expertise in the area of expunging criminal records and the crucial process of Trial preparation.

Michelle graduated from Stephens College in 1986 with a degree in Political Science. With politics and government service in mind, Michelle moved to Washington, D.C. where she worked for Senator Thad Cochran and Congressman Sonny Montgomery. While in Washington, Michelle graduated from Georgetown University's paralegal school which she followed with three years working as a corporate law paralegal in Washington, D.C. and Atlanta, Georgia. Encouraged by her supervising attorney, Michelle decided to attend law school and in 1992 graduated with a law degree from Nova Southeastern University Law School. While at Nova, Michelle distinguished herself as an Officer of the Moot Court Honor Society and at Law school graduation, received the Inn of Barristers Honorary Award. "The Order of Barristers" is an award given out by the Law School Dean for "having exhibited excellence and attained high honor through the art of courtroom advocacy."

Michelle is actively involved in her local community by volunteering for several organizations focused on family and children, including Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options, Leading Education about the Holocaust, the American Cancer Society, Boy Scouts Club of America and the Anti-Defamation League. A member of the Florida Bar since 1993, Michelle participates in the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and the Florida Lawyers Network.
